Lasiocarpa is harvested at 8,000 feet in elevation.

Sub-Alpine Fir hydrosol is a very strong diuretic. Anti-spasmodic anti-septic and anti-parasitic, also very helpful for arthritis and respiratory infections. May be helpful for those who suffer from SAD. Add to bath or footbath.
